Delete your account

01 Delete directly in the app

   Sign in to MORSEFIELD with the Google account you want to delete.

   Open the Profile screen and select Delete Account at the bottom.

   Review the warning and re-authenticate with your Google account.

   Confirm permanent deletion.

02 If you cannot access the app

Email us from the Google email address used to create your MORSEFIELD account. Use the subject “MORSEFIELD Account Deletion Request.” We may request additional information to verify account ownership.

03 Data that will be deleted

• Your Firebase sign-in account and account identity information.
• App settings, training results, and mission progress.
• Owned Morse currency, items, rewards, and user-scoped purchase entitlements.
• Saved open-radio communication, notes, and mission records.
• Daily Signal results and generated-response reports submitted by you.

04 Limited records we may retain

Google Play purchase records needed for duplicate-grant prevention, refunds, accounting, or fraud response may be retained. The Firebase user ID is removed from retained records and replaced with a non-reversible account marker. Deleting your MORSEFIELD account is separate from requesting a Google Play refund.
